The terms that apply when you use the WiserWits website, portals and app.

These terms govern your use of the WiserWits website, the Student Portal, the Student App and the Partner Portal. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Services are operated by WiserWits ("we", "us", "our"), Plot 115, Ebony Estate, Phi 4, Greater Noida 201312, Uttar Pradesh, India. These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical or digital signature.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Services. Where a school has a separate agreement with WiserWits, that agreement applies to the school in addition to these terms.

You must be 18 or older to accept these terms on your own behalf. If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for the student and is responsible for the student's use of the Services. Students enrolled by a school use the Services under the school's arrangement with us.

  • Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and verification codes confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Each account is for one person. A parent may add more than one student account on the same device.
  • Tell us immediately at support@wiserwits.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

WiserWits brings together a student's academics (attendance, assignments, exams, marks, report cards), health and wellness records, courses, live classes, workshops, consultations, advice and future-planning tools. The features available to you depend on your school's setup and your plan.

We may add, change or remove features, and may carry out maintenance from time to time. We try to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

A school using the Partner Portal is responsible for the accuracy of the records it enters, for having the necessary permissions from parents, students and staff to share their information with WiserWits, and for managing which of its staff have access. Marks, attendance, report cards and notices published by a school are the school's own records.

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period. Plans do not renew automatically.
  • Your plan starts when payment is confirmed and ends on the expiry date shown in your account. Courses and features included in a plan are available while that plan is active.
  • We may change prices for future purchases. Changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for.
  • You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchasing a plan by emailing support@wiserwits.com with your order or payment reference.
  • Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, and the plan ends when the refund is issued.
  • If you were charged twice, or charged without the plan being activated, we will refund the extra amount in full.
  • After 30 days, plans are non-refundable. As plans do not renew automatically, no cancellation is needed; the plan simply ends on its expiry date.

WiserWits is not a medical service and is not for emergencies. In an emergency, contact a doctor, hospital or emergency services immediately.

  • Health records, BMI readings, diet plans and wellness content are for information and tracking only. They do not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified medical professional.
  • Consultants and mentors give their own professional opinion. You remain responsible for decisions about a student's health, education and wellbeing.
  • The education cost calculator and savings planner provide estimates only. They are not financial, investment or tax advice.

You agree not to:

  • use another person's account or share your own;
  • access or try to access another student's or school's information without authorisation;
  • upload anything unlawful, abusive, obscene, false or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • copy, resell, record or redistribute courses, live classes or other content;
  • upload malware, bypass security, overload or reverse engineer the Services;
  • use the Services for spam or advertising.

The WiserWits name, logo, software, design, courses, articles and videos belong to WiserWits or its licensors. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial use through the Services.

You keep ownership of the content you add, and a school keeps ownership of the records it enters. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the Services. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
  • School records are entered by the school, and we do not guarantee that they are accurate or complete.
  • We do not promise any particular academic, health or financial outcome.
  • To the extent the law allows, WiserWits is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to WiserWits in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • You agree to indemnify WiserWits against claims arising from your breach of these terms or of the law.
  • The Services may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment, video meeting and scheduling tools. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or deactivate an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the platform at risk, or where the law requires. A school may deactivate the accounts of its own students and staff. Terms that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property and liability, remain in force after termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Any dispute that is not resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
