WiserWits helps schools, parents and students keep track of a child's education, health and future readiness in one place. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
01Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the WiserWits website, the Student Portal, the WiserWits Student App and the Partner Portal used by schools (together, the "Services"), operated by WiserWits ("we", "us", "our"), Plot 115, Ebony Estate, Phi 4, Greater Noida 201312, Uttar Pradesh, India.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Where a school uses WiserWits for its students, the school decides what student records are entered and how they are used. We handle those records on the school's behalf.
02Information we collect

| Health and wellness | Height, weight and BMI readings, health records, doctor consultations, diet plans and lab reports that you or an authorised person add. |
| Learning and guidance | Courses, progress, certificates, live classes, workshops, advice requests and consultation bookings. |
| Payments | Plan or course purchased, amount, and order and payment reference numbers. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner and are not stored by us. |
| Device and usage | Push notification token, device type, IP address and browser details, used for notifications and security. |
| Enquiries and support | Details you submit through our contact, demo and enquiry forms, and messages you send to our support team. |
03How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and sign you in securely.
- To show academic, health and learning information to the student and the people authorised to see it.
- To provide courses, live classes, workshops, consultations and advice.
- To process payments and keep records of purchases.
- To send notifications and service emails, such as verification codes, reminders and receipts.
- To respond to enquiries and support requests.
- To keep the Services safe, prevent misuse and improve how they work.
- To comply with applicable laws.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use student information for advertising.
04Children's privacy
The Services are used by students, many of whom are under 18. A student under 18 should use the Services only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, or through their school. Schools and parents are responsible for the accounts they create and manage for students.
We use students' information only to provide the Services. We do not track children for advertising or show them targeted advertisements. If you believe a child's information has been provided to us without proper consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
05Sharing your information
We share information only where it is needed to provide the Services:
- The student's school, its administrators and teachers, for school records.
- Contributors invited by the student or parent, such as a doctor, tutor or family member, limited to the access they were given.
- Consultants and mentors who provide consultations or advice to the student.
- Service providers who help us run the Services, including cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure), payments (Razorpay), email delivery (Brevo) and push notifications (Expo, Apple and Google).
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
- A successor entity, if WiserWits is involved in a merger, acquisition or reorganisation.
06Storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, role-based access for school staff, and restricted access to documents such as report cards and lab reports.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. Some of our service providers may process information on servers located outside India.
07How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. School records are kept for as long as the school uses WiserWits. We may keep certain information for longer where the law requires it, for example payment records, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
08Your rights and choices
- Access and correction. You can view and update most profile details in the Student Portal or app. Details that come from school records are corrected by the school.
- Deletion. You can ask us to delete your account and information by emailing support@wiserwits.com from the email address on the account.
- Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Some features may stop working as a result.
- Notifications. You can turn push notifications on or off in the app's settings.
We will respond to requests within a reasonable time and may ask for information to confirm your identity.
09Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Our website may include third-party features, such as a map or a booking widget, which may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
